We now offer trademark monitoring services, in two packages:

Basic Monitoring Package: Includes monthly monitoring of (a) Google Alerts, and (b) USPTO for trademark including a monthly report to client – including at least 2 spelling or spacing variations.

Cost = $700 per trademark for 12 months.

Enhanced Monitoring Package: Includes the monthly monitoring and reports in “Basic Package” plus the drafting and sending of up to 2 cease and desist letters to possible infringers during the term of agreement.

Cost = $1200 per trademark for 12 months (more than 1/2 off the total value)
