November 2020
FROM ERIK'S DESK
As we reflect on the Thanksgiving holiday a few days ago, in what is (even though we’ve heard it too many times) an unprecedented year, at EMP&A we are continually thankful for the chance to serve and work with so many businesses and entrepreneurs who are doing amazing things. Helping clients build and protect their brands brings us great joy and pride. This year, as the world faced so many unknowns amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, we were awed to watch scores of clients innovate in new ways to assist and aide their customers, their communities, and their employees. This innovation will lead to stronger businesses and brands for years to come.

And despite the uncertainties of 2020, trademark filings have continued apace, and we are grateful for our clients and their trust in our work.

Wishing each of you a happy and peaceful holiday season,

Erik
