Senior Associate Attorney
Denisse joined EMP&A with a diverse set of expertise in intellectual property, technology transactions, and data privacy, developed through years of working with boutique IP law firms and technology companies.
With an eye for detail and epic organizational skills, Denisse has a particular interest in overseeing and protecting our clients’ global trademark portfolios. She also enjoys registration renewals and maintenance, finding particular joy in helping protect and advocate for our small business clients! Denisse is a native Spanish speaker and has elementary proficiency in Portuguese, Italian, and French.
Denisse is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania and Uruguay (law practice limited to federal trademark matters).
Denisse is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA), the American Bar Association (ABA), the Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA), and the Hispanic Bar Association of the District of Columbia (HBA-DC).
