Brianna "Bri" Christenson enjoys partnering with clients from the earliest stages of trademark selection through registration and ongoing enforcement, helping them make informed, confident decisions as their businesses evolve.
Bri has represented businesses of all sizes, from small businesses launching their first brand to globally-recognized companies with extensive trademark portfolios. She advises on trademark clearance, prosecution, and portfolio management in the U.S. and internationally, coordinating with foreign counsel to protect clients' brands worldwide.
Whether helping a client launch a new brand or protect one that has become central to its business, Bri strives to provide thoughtful guidance, practical solutions, and an exceptional client experience.
She believes clients should always understand their options, know what to expect, and feel confident that their brands are being cared for with the same attention and dedication she would give her own.
A graduate of the Antonin Scalia Law School at George Mason University, Bri served as Vice President of Mason's Sports and Entertainment Law Association and was a member of George Mason Law Review, Moot Court Board, the Intellectual Property Law Society, and alongside clerking at a trademark law firm.
Bri is licensed to practice in Virginia and D.C. (law practice limited to federal trademark matters).
Bri is a member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) and the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA).
