“Mr. Pelton guided me through setting up business practices and processes, me tackle tough legal questions, and met with me. He kept me motivated to try new ways to reach potential clients and colleagues, manage my business, and grow as an attorney. His wisdom and openness have left an indelible mark on me. ”
