Until the USPTO has its own app – or at least a mobile-friendly website – I find that the easiest way to interface with the USPTO from my phone is via an app. I can quickly search USPTO records, check the status of a pending application, or even file something.
I use the app I developed – Apptorney® – because I have never found a better one in the nearly four years since I first developed it. If someone has found a better app for using the USPTO website, I would love to know, because I would use it! Let me know in the comments what IP apps you use.
